I'm sorry to hear you may have lost the plans. We offer several ways of backing up the plans, to Dropbox, to email and even automatically to iCloud. I would first look in your iCloud and see if you have the plans stored there. If not, or if you don't have an iCloud subscription, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see if there anything we can technically do. Please include the plans name and if the email you use on TapGlance is different than the email you use to send us the plans name, please specify that as well.
