I just bought and downloaded the home interior design app for my Samsung smart pc.  the app will open I can watch the how to videos but when I go to start making a new or even the pre loaded plans it goes to the next screen says dollhouse at the top and blank squares on the left.  then it just shuts down and brings me back to my start menu.  If someone could help me fix this it would be good as I paid 10 dollars.

I just downloaded the app from the MS store to my Dell XPS17. It does not run - does nothing! If store is still running it takes me to the sales page on Store, but otherwise nothing. What gives ?
