purchased dor ipad today qill not download

I have been trying to get this to download for hours and it has not moved beyond about 5%. It is tying up my iPad so everything else is slow including your website. I would like to use your app but not if it this problematic. Please give me a quick and easy fix or give me a refund. A paid app should not be this much trouble. Thank you.

Unfortunately, we have nothing to do with the download speed from the app store. I do know that there were app store issues all throughout yesterday and today, but again, it's an issue that only Apple can solve. I can only recommend to download the app later. You can still delete an app during download just like any other app, and pick up the download at a later time.
