As you mention OSX, I assume you mean "Manuscript for Mac". All previously purchased apps are available through the "Purchased" tab on iTunes.

I bought this app on Chilean store, and recently install a clean version of osx yosemite but the app it's no longer available in my country app store, now i got my book update on this format saved on dropbox and i can't open it
