This app has been great, lots of features.  There is a feature that would be very helpful that I have not seen suggested yet.  The ability to apply more than one exterior wall finish (partial brick/partial siding exterior for example). 

I just purchased this app a week ago and I deleted several other design programs I have tried. This app is very easy to use and have already completed several complicated drawings. I agree with Mr. Bennett about the exterior options and would like to change color of the exterior finishes.  Also, the stair feature seems a bit tricky, or maybe I'm not that good yet. I have found many good tips between the forums and you tube and I hope to increase my knowledge base with other users. Thanks everybody!
